My father flew B25s in WWII. He passed away on my birthday two years ago and as a celebration of his life and love of flying I have a Pacific Model of the plane on my desk along with a photo of him in uniform and another of him in front of a B25 in a Pennsylvania museum where I took him on one of our last outings.
It is very special to me ... I appreciate the quality and detail of the plane. It gets many compliments from my coworkers just on its own merits and when I add the history, people are very moved.
Thanks,
Chris Fruitrich
