“LH7-0959 Stearman N2S”

We have another satisfied customer here at Warplanes.com! Here is Tom Gary’s reaction to the Stearman custom model we made for him,

Received the Stearman model and it is very handsome and crafted well. I thank you for your interest and help. It now sits on a shelf in the den and as I gaze at it, I am taken back in time some 65 years. I choose to forget the ground loops etc and again thank you.

Thank you, Tom, for trusting Warplanes.com. It has been a delight working with you.

My father flew B25s in WWII. He passed away on my birthday two years ago and as a celebration of his life and love of flying I have a Pacific Model of the plane on my desk along with a photo of him in uniform and another of him in front of a B25 in a Pennsylvania museum where I took him on one of our last outings.
It is very special to me … I appreciate the quality and detail of the plane. It gets many compliments from my coworkers just on its own merits and when I add the history, people are very moved.
    Thanks,
    Chris Fruitrich

Cris, I met you in the mid to late 60′s. At that time i worked for your father
at his Cadillac-Oldsmobile dealership as assistant manager and did personal
work in the purchasing of the franchise. I worked 10 years there and enjoyed
that part of my life. Yes your dad was a very interesting person and his tour
as a pilot duri;ng World War II was not known to many in Connecticut.
You dad would talk about his part in the Army Air Force, but very limited
I believe he flew 25 missiions from England to Germany. Your dad was
    a war hero.
